We confirm scheduling, location, training materi- als, facilitator travel arrangements, certifi- cates of attendance, and compile participant feedback. The outlines provided in this catalogue are basic. We expect and encourage our clients to make these seminars their own; including materials specific to your organization’s de- sired outcomes of the training session is part of the exceptional service OMMI provides. Our facilitators are experts in their fields. They work within the public sector, which gives them specific and valuable insights into the unique challenges and opportunities within local government organizations. They are engaging, knowledgeable presenters. Participants are asked to complete an evalu- ation upon completion of the seminar. OMMI tallies the results and provides a graphical analysis and recommendations for future seminars to the training coordinator. Formats & Fees | Rate: $3,225/day | Corporate Member Rate: $2,600/day This is our most popular full-day seminar format. The in-house training seminar means that your organization chooses and customizes a topic; our professional facilitator liaises with your training coordinator to ensure your unique concerns, policies, and initiatives are integrated into the training material. The Institute provides your training coordinator with the workbooks, name tags, and handouts for the seminar. After the seminar, OMMI evalu- ates the feedback our facilitators solicit from participants and send the training coordinator a comprehensive summary of the participant feedback.
