My daily evaluation
In day 5th of the activities , the trainers run a workshop in which participants set risks in a youth projects and
identify ways how to mitigate them. Following input from the trainers, the participants has been divided into
smaller groups to carry out this evaluation. The results has been shared with the whole group
After that in the crisis management session , the trainers provided to the participants four scenarios (real cases)
related to project management. These scenarios were be related to crisis-management and the participants had to
evaluate the scenes and state how these situations can be avoided. Moreover the trainers with the facilitors
implemented the session Online Tools Info + Workshops .A very important part of project management is the use
of online management tools. The trainers delivered workshops on free online tools which the participants and
