SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT :

I MANAGE 2.0 is a training course implemented by EUROSUD, organization for the European
youth mobility.
I MANAGE 2.0 took place in BARI from the 19 - 26 October 2015 ( including travel days ) and
EUROSUD has been the hosting organization for 30 participants coming from Greece , Romania ,
Malta , Spain and from two Baltic states such as Lithuania and Latvia .

In the past few years EUROSUD
has been very active in sending its
members to various training course
with the intention to invest in the
young people part of the
organization. Although there were a
number of good quality projects,
which the participants member
attended, there were other trainings
which lacked quality and proper
project management. For this reason
it was felt the need to organize a training course that focuses on the various types and levels of
project management. This training course, just ended, took into consideration
all the phases needed for the successful implementation of a project; starting
from the creation of a project, risk assessment, crisis management,
Communication tools and Evaluation techniques. All this within the framework
of the new Erasmus+. Moreover the project involved a number of online tools
which can be used for project management ideal for the ERAMSUS+
Framework. During I MANAGE 2.0 non-formal methods of education has
been used such as, simulation sessions, discussions, workshops and other
creative methods. By the end of this training course the participants
experienced and improved tools that will allow them to see a project through from inception to
