'' I would like to thank EUROSUD, the hosting and coordinating
organization , for their warm welcome, for being supportive throughout
the week and for preparing well the workshops and daily sessions. The
team's enthusiasm, energy and support, both before arriving and upon
arrival, are the very first thing that caught my attention. This attitude,
paired with commitment, definitely played a huge role in the success of
the training course. The fact that all of the workshops incorporated team
work, increased the interaction among all the participants and created a
platform for network building and cooperation. The trainers were highly
qualified and professional in their approach. What I appreciated the
most was how they adapted the programme according to the needs of
the participants. This immediately gave the impression that the organizers and trainers really do
want the group to learn and develop his skills thus I can safely say that this made me feel more
willing to pay attention and participate actively in the sessions. Moreover, the training course
leaders were very approachable and I am sure that whoever had a question to ask, found it very easy
to do so. The welcome party and the closing party were good fun and such events allowed the
participants to become really good friends! For me, this training course was very interesting and
engaging! It was a training course that created a space for the entire group to truly learn, develop
and improve many skills as well as allow creativity to flourish! We went back home full of
motivation and determination to be more active within our organization and our community as a
whole and participate in the implementation of projects and give our input. On our way back, our
luggage was much heavier as it was full of new experiences, new friendships and treasured
memories. Lastly, I am thankful to PRISMS, the sending organization, for inviting me to attend
