TEEN PROGRAMS
YOUTH PROGRAMS
COPS & TEENS TALK
This program offers a chance for local high school teens
to meet with police officers and discuss topics relevant
to their lives.
Come to the Community Center every second Wednesday
of the month to share ideas, build relationships, enjoy
pizza and earn community service hours.
Youth programs provide a variety of activities to stimulate the body and mind, and are geared towards kids up to 17
years old. Programs take place at the Jupiter Community Center unless otherwise noted. Full program descriptions
can be found at www.jupiter.fl.us/recreation. Prices are listed for residents (R) and non-residents (NR). Fees for classes
in progress are prorated. No classes on: January 21st; February 8th, 18th; March 18th -22nd, 25th; and April 19th.

COPS & TODDLERS: CONNECTING TOTS WITH OUR LOCAL HEROES
Bring your tot to meet your local Town of Jupiter heroes from the Jupiter Police Department. Whether police officers
are fighting crimes or building safer neighborhoods, their relationships with children are critically important. Your
child will have the opportunity to meet police officers as well as check out their equipment and a police cruiser.
A snack will be provided. There is no cost to attend, but we ask that you RSVP prior to the event at 561-741-2400.

CHARACTER MEET & GREET BREAKFAST
Do you want to know the best way to start your day? Join us for a heaping helping of fun, giggles and a scrumptious
breakfast with your favorite characters. The morning will be filled with character selfies, dancing, craft time and
games. Kids and adults are invited to dress up in their favorite costume. This breakfast celebration is sure to fill up
quickly, so don’t wait to register. Fee is per person (including adults); children two and younger are free to attend.

NEW TODDLER INDOOR PLAYTIME WITH ITSY BITSY BASHES
Join us the third Thursday of each month for an indoor tot playtime with Itsy Bitsy Bashes! Geared towards your
tiny tot, this playtime includes an indoor soft play area, snack, and social time. Itsy Bitsy Bashes will lead the play
as well as songs and stories for the little ones. Parents must stay during this program. Registration is required.

SUMMER DAY CAMPS - 142301
The Town of Jupiter Recreation Department is the place for exciting adventures and a summer to remember! We
offer a variety of summer camp options designed to provide entertainment and enrichment for a few hours a day, a
half-day or for a full-day. We have it all, from Sports Camps to Surf and Skate Camps, Art Camps and Cooking Camps

REC-IT-FRIDAYS
Kids 17 and under: come hang out at the Jupiter
Community Center on Fridays from 6:00-9:00pm. Rec-it-
Fridays opens the whole Community Center up to teens
17 and under for a night of free activities. Open gym
basketball, glow-in-the-dark dodge ball, movies in the
auditorium, game room games and food for purchase
are just some of the activities going on.

COAST TEEN ADVISORY GROUP
Earn community service hours!
Teens, make a difference in our community and have
your voice heard. The Town’s Recreation Department
needs opinions on program offerings for teens your age.
Join us at the Community Center for pizza, discussion
and fun! All teens in attendance will also receive 1 hour
of community service for participating. Grades: 6-12

Universal/Islands of Adventure Spring Break Trip
Middle School students, do you want to get a chance
to get away with your friends and hit some rides? The
Town’s Recreation Department will be offering an all-
day trip to Universal and Islands of Adventure. Teens will
be required to be in groups of at least two and to make
appropriate check-in times with the teen coordinator.
Lunch and dinner will be spent at the park, so teens
will need additional money for at least two meals. Pre-
registration is required and the trip may be canceled if
a minimum enrollment is not met. Grades: 6-9

SCHOOLS OUT DAY CAMPS - 142301
School’s Out Day Camp offers a safe environment
with supervision and fun activities during Palm
Beach County Schools' teacher work days and select
holidays. Activities may include field trips, team sports,
group games, crafts, movies, and game room time.
Please arrive to camp by 9:00am. Registration for all
School’s Out Day Camps closes 3 business days prior
to the program date or when enrollment has reached
maximum capacity. There will be a $5 administrative
fee charged for any cancellations less than 3 days prior
to the program date. Registration opens January 14.
