PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
Community Development Block Grant Program
January 30th, 11 am | 6 pm
As part of the federally required Citizen Participation Plan, The Town of Jupiter will be hosting two public meetings
in January to discuss the Town’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and to solicit input from
the public. The Town of Jupiter is an entitlement recipient of federal funds from the U.S. Department of Housing
and Urban Development under the Community Development Block Grant Program. The Town will be receiving
approximately $310,000 of CDBG funds for the 2018-2019 fiscal year. The funds seek to address the community
development and housing needs within the municipal limits of the Town by achieving the overall goal of decent
housing, a suitable living environment, and expanded economic development opportunities principally for low
and moderate-income persons.
The 2019 meetings will be held on January 30th at 11 am and 6 pm at the Jupiter Community Center (200 Military
Trail) in Meeting Room A. These are duplicate meetings, and attendance at both is not necessary.
Please RSVP to Alessandra Tasca at 561-741-2278.
