Campsite & Cabin Reservations General Rules/Policies • Shoulder season is January 1st - April 20th & September 2nd - December 31st. • Peak season is April 21st - September 1st. • Reservation includes 4 people in any combination. After 4, guest fees apply. No more than 8 people per site. (Unless otherwise stated) • Guest hours are from 8am to 9pm. • 1 camping unit and 1 vehicle allowed per site. Day guest vehicles must be parked in the overflow lot. • While a cabin or campsite TYPE is guaranteed, a SPECIFIC SITE NUMBER is NOT unless you have paid the applicable lock fee. • Sorry, we cannot accept reservations that include either a one-night stay or a Saturday arrival or departure, unless made within 1 week of arrival. • Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am. Any guest under 18 years of age must be at their site or cabin during quiet hours, unless accompanied by an adult. • We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date. • 3-night minimum during Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends on cabins and campsites. 4-night minimum during 4th of July (June 30- July 4). Checkout time is 1pm. We have an early check-in option beginning at 11am, but it is subject to availability (must call ahead) and involves a fee based on the time of check-in. Late check-out is available for a $25 fee to stay in the park until 6pm, subject to availability. • 2-night minimum on all tent and RV campsites. • 2 pets allowed at all tent and RV campsites. Please call for availability. • Tents are not allowed at the cabins or cottages. • 2-night minimum on all Cozy Cottages May-September during peak season. No minimum during shoulder season. • 3-night minimum on all Cindy Bear™ Cottages and Boo Boo™ Bungalows. 2-night minimum during shoulder season. • Pets are only allowed at pet-friendly cabins, so please request at time of booking. For one pet, there is a nightly fee of $10 (maximum of $40 per reservation). For two pets, there is a nightly fee of $15 (maximum of $60 per reservation). Pet owners are required to bring a crate(s) for their pets and are responsible for pet clean-up and noise control. Pet owners will be responsible for any damage caused by pet(s). Pets must be on a leash when not in a cabin or RV. For the safety of our guests, all pets must be up to date on vaccinations. See Pet Waiver on our website for more info.
