Don’t be misled by the term.
Membership, as we understand it, isn’t about signing a name on a
dotted line. It also isn’t about padding the church rolls. It is rather about an individual finding a
place where he/she belongs; a place where he/she is both accepted and valued for who he/she is
and who God is making him/her to be; it is about finding a place where God desires to use the
uniqueness of the person and the divine endowment of His gifts for His sake.
This is what makes a church a home.
This is membership.
NOW YOU ARE THE BODY OF CHRIST,!
AND EACH ONE OF YOU IS A PART OF IT.!
