August 23, 2017 was the date selected to welcome the new Unicolombo's students. The appoinment was at the Unicolombo's auditorium, where 116 students, enrolled in the
Bachelor of Business in Tourism and Hospitality Management, received an induction from the coordinator Yasmira Mercado de Horta and the professors Alfredo Perez and Wilson Guacari.
The students had a first contact with a presentation about the academic curriculum, schedules, foreign languagues, research groups and a very important process: the recent qualified register's renewal, demanded by the Ministry of National Education.
This year, the Bachelor of Business in Tourism and Hospitality Management received again students from CERES and Bicentenario, two scolarship programs that let students from social stratum 1, 2 and 3 acces to university education. Welcome new students!
