Welcome to the 5th edition of the digital magazine Tourism Today, the magazine of the Bachelor of Business in Tourism and Hospitality Management. During this quarterly period, we could enjoy organizing some events in order to learn more about the new tendences in Tourism.
With this in mind, it is a pleasure to share with our readers the texts written by our students related to academic visits, conferences, and civil culture.
Among the national and international events where our students were present, we found Anato Showcase 2017 in Bogota and the Certificate in International Tourism Development in Panama City. On the other hand, we offered a conference about growth of tourism thanks to ProColombia support.
The participation of our students in different cultural exchange experiences such as the visit of a group of students from Purdue University; the oportunity given to a student from the program Colegios Amigos del Turism to study in our institution thanks to a scholarship; as well as the succesful of our students in the job market and every single participation narrated in this magazine, show the quality we are building working together as the team we want to become.
