Academic Trek

In the frame of the Unicolombo cultural week (2016 - 2P), students from VII and VIII semester organized a gastronomy festival with the objective of showing typical dishes from Cuba, Italy, United States, France, Jamaica, Spain, Mexico and Colombia.

Each stand was decorated with colorful balloons, letters, flags and the tables were set with delicious typical food.

The students livened up the festival by inviting the teachers to buy their dishes while presenting a typical dance performance from Jamaica.

Among the typical dishes, the Unicolombo community could taste: bruschetta, hot dogs, pizza, Spanish potato omelet, tacos and the famous fritos from the Caribbean Region of Colombia.

In addition, most of these delicious dishes were prepared by the students, some of which wore typical customs of these countries.
