During this meeting or shortly afterwards, the service
provider will provide you with a quote for the services you
discussed. If you accept the quote, you will sign a Service
Agreement form with the service provider, quarantine funds
with the NDIA and then start receiving services.
12 months after your first plan, you will have another
meeting with the NDIA to review your plan and see if you are
on track to meeting your goals. The service providers you’ve
been working with will send a report to the NDIA outlining
how they’ve supported you too. If for any reason your needs
change before this 12-month review, you can always contact
the NDIA to apply for a change to your plan.
Did you know that the NDIS will now be
rolling out earlier for Ipswich, Bundaberg and
Rockhampton than originally announced?
This is exciting news which means hundreds of
Queenslanders with disability in these regions
will get earlier access to the NDIS.
New roll out dates are:
• Ipswich – has now launched!
• Bundaberg – Launching

• Rockhampton, Gladstone
& Central West QLD -
