There are so many amazing memories over the years. Some that really stand out are the
Screech Theatre performances and Camp Have a Chat where we change lives forever. Our
first Picnic in the Park where our vision of an inclusive society became a reality.
It’s so exciting that is it now becoming a two day festival at Southbank: Live Large. Make sure
you have the dates in your diary: 16-17th April 2017. I am relieved that I will no longer have to
get involved in fundraising stunts like climbing the Story Bridge, being locked up in a gondola
for the Wheel Make a Change and dying my hair a rainbow of colours for FebruDAREy.
Again, I am proud of everything we have achieved. It has been a privilege to lead such an
amazing organisation. The future for CPL is so bright and truly exciting. You will still see me
around - I am looking forward to being involved with CPL as a volunteer – see you at Live
Large!
