STATE CCC UPDATE
State CCC Update
Terry Donaldson, Chair of the State Client Consultative Committee, brings
you this latest update.
Another year has come and gone as quickly
as it arrived for the State CCC and much has
been accomplished.
This year saw the CCC transition from
a reactive group dealing with service
issues, to what will next year be a series of
proactive focus groups examining emerging
issues affecting CPL and its customers.
Whether you choose to engage with us
through our 1800 number, our website,
social media, or through one-on-one
conversations with the service staff you
know and trust, we want to hear from you.
This progress aligns with the overall CPL
vision of us becoming a service provider
that doesn’t just provide generic services,
but tailored customer solutions.
Your feedback is crucial to making sure we
can continuously improve. As you will see
in this edition, CPL is releasing their client
survey. Your wants and needs, comments
and constructive criticism are all equally
important in CPL becoming and remaining
your service provider of choice.
Finally as Chair of the State CCC I would like
to wholeheartedly thank Angela Tillmanns
for her stewardship of CPL throughout her
time as CEO. Her commitment to quality
client services was only matched by her
steadfast drive to ensure people with a
disability were and are able to participate in
the life of the community as full citizens no
matter what their ability. For this we as the
CPL family will be forever grateful.
Yours sincerely,
Terry Donaldson
