FAB Pedal Line
The older Danelectro effects are some of the
most sought after effects on the used market,
and represent some incredible forward
thinking in a relatively stagnant time in the
industry; with pedals such as the Free Speech
mini talk box, and the Back Talk reverse
delay. They aren’t the prettiest, but they do
have a nice heft and a quality to them. The
FAB line is a complete regression, utilizing
the same enclosure, but with a unabashedly
plastic enclosure and lazy labeling.

Putting a flame job on anything is never a
good idea, ‘nuff said.

Trip L Wah
While you can see our friends at Danelectro
were trying to push the envelope, this is a
perfect example of going too far. Like the
aforementioned flame job on the Shift Daddy
or the snakeskin on the Viper Vibe, putting
leopard and our zebra print on anything at all
in this day and age is always an inexplicable
design choice.
