I’ll start by saying I love all things fuzz. The more colorful, rich, and interesting the better! When done right they are truly magical circuits that serve to inspire, making you want to pick up and play with reckless abandon. Capturing this spirit is what served as my primary motivation for the new 76. Firmly rooted in the tradition of classic octave up fuzz’s like the Ibanez Standard Fuzz, the hallmark sonic styling of the 76 is rancorous and rude, toothy and mean. With its strident foundation established, I sought to maximize the available range of the circuit making it equally at home in both guitar and bass applications. Adding internal dipswitches for control over the pedals global treble content as well as clipping selection enabled me to take the design even further while still preserving i
