STEP 4:
Insert the capacitors into the
board, bending leads outwards.
Solder them and clip them.
Save one of the leads for when
we build the enclosure.
STEP 5:
Clip the legs from the
transistors, leaving about a
quarter-inch of leg. Place them
into the sockets. If not using
the sockets, place them directly
into the board but be careful
about heating them.
STEP 6:
Cut and strip the wire and
connect it to the pots and
switch, soldering in as you go.
I used about 2.5 inches of wire
per lead. It’s better to have
too much than not enough, but
make sure you have enough
wire—I had some left over.
