What new, innovative things are there that you normally wouldn't do, but you definitely should do to meet this urgent goal? Most of us don't run our businesses with any real sense of urgency. But without it, we lack the focus to drive our businesses to meet their full potential - or even to the next level. Now I hope you never have to deal with kidnappers, but here's how to make the best use of this question. Step 1: Take 10 to 30 minutes where you won't be interrupted to sit down in a quiet place and answer the three questions I just posed in writing. Step 2: Take action on them immediately.
