Wedding photos from Vego Photography from Milan, TN, captured the fun and love shared by the 300 family and friends who help to celebrate our special day. With 7 bridesmaids dressed in navy and groomsmen in gray suits, I walked down the aisle in a white, strapless, mermaid style gown and navy shoes while music from Ben Rector filled the auditorium. Exquisite but simple white and yellow flowers by Connie’s Flowers in Holly Springs, MS, fanned the front of the church to complete the perfect scene. David Powell, a long time family friend and minister, spoke heartfelt words of love as we committed our lives to each other.
Following the ceremony, we continued the festivities in the fellowship hall of the church with finger foods provided by the Freed-Hardeman University Associates. Flower centerpieces from Connie’s were on each guest table as well as a large beautiful floral display for the food table. Kathy Maples, also from Henderson, created the cupcake tower, with three flavors of cupcakes and handcrafted liners.
