Svetlana Kharina is a Russian designer and the founder of Svetlana Bridal Couture. Svetlana spent years working with future brides in her native city in Russia. Before opening her first Russian bridal store Svetlana obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Arts. Utilizing her talents Svetlana created bridal gown masterpieces. The desire to expand her knowledge and skills resulted in the creation of an evening wear line. Svetlana’s dresses are famous for her signature corset design which creates a special feminine fit, hugging and flattering any body type.
Her designs range from dramatic, embellished with Swarovski crystals, lace, and feathers to classic traditional styles. Svetlana Kharina prefers exclusive materials for her inspiration and the creation of couture gowns. Her clientele’s geography (Russia, Poland, Israel, South Africa, and USA) proves dedication to quality and her company’s success as an international brand. This success has led to a new salon opening its doors in New York in fall 2014 and promises to offer a quality experience with a unique dress for every woman who shops with Svetlana Bridal Couture for her special occasion.
Svetlana's salon offers the finest couture gowns designed and manufactured in Europe by a variety of talented designers including Svetlana herself. With the desire to keep her brides’ choices exclusive, the salon maintains a fresh mix of couture gowns by adding 2-3 new designs every month. Their unique bridal gowns range from $1,500 to $10,000.
