I have been a professional photographer since 1997 when I graduated from the journalism program at Humber College in Toronto. I started my career working with film in 1997 and doing photography work for news events. I found that capturing a moment in time of real life was so uniquely beautiful, because you cannot freeze time like you can in photography. That is what made me fall in love with my passion of that magical time machine box called a camera. In 2003, I started working with Fashion Photography. I thought of it as planned and organized moments and not just capturing news as it happens alone. I want to capture a story in whatever I shoot from my portrait shooting, fashion shoots, glamour, weddings, anniversaries and life events, including designer’s clothing, commercial, landscape and all the genres in between. I love capturing all of life, whether planned or not and all accidental improve in between.
Like this shoot I captured for Nina Couture, I want every photo to show the gorgeous designs, blended with amazing skill set, emotions and positive energy so that the viewers of the photos can imagine wearing the gorgeous outfits in real life and feel that emotive spirit from a 2D screen and or paper.
