With my company, I believe in acts of kindness and I believe any income you generate each year should be used to help others. I found a quote and motto I stick by in my business that I use frequently when I write or discuss acts of kindness.

“You have unique abilities, talents, and gifts! This bundle of talents is the thing what makes you who you are and sets you apart from other people! If you think your talents are simply for you to make a lot of money, retire, and die, you’ve missed the point of your life. You have talents to benefit others, not yourself. Are you using your talents to benefit others to make the world a better place? Or are you just using those talents to benefit yourself?”

Rick Warren

This is why I speak of acts of kindness. It is about always helping one another to make a world a better place! And wouldn’t it be nice to know that special needs brides could count on certain wedding vendors and wedding planners to help obtain the weddings of their dreams? I say, YES! We love all brides, not just the beautiful brides in magazines! Brides are special, unique, and one of a kind. In the wedding industry, I encourage wedding planners and wedding vendors to begin talking about this subject and writing articles about how to cater to brides that are hearing impaired, visually impaired, or physically disabled. It should not all be broken down into demographic and ethnic background for marketing purposes either. Sometimes, it is just about providing good works and care for others who need it the most.
