During the month of April, we added four new Medallion Members and three
new Signature Members. We currently have 179 Medallion Members, 37
Associate Club Members, 193 Signature Members and 60 Temporary Members
who are under contract to build a new home in Esperanza and Marsala.
WCI is quickly approaching a sell-out of their remaining new homes. Marsala
is now sold out with the remaining homes to be completed by the end of 2014.
Esperanza Phase II is down to three remaining units in Building 15 to be sold.
Esperanza is expected to be completed in the fall of 2015.
