Here I was in Sturgis
bouncing as fast as I could from
bike show to bike show, trying to
catch all the Oklahoma builders
who showed bikes among the
masses. At the Rat’s Hole Bike
Show at the Buffalo Chip, I hit
the golden ticket when I ran
into Guthery Customs with our
August Cover Bike and two other
bikes; Thunder Customs with two
bikes; and No Coast Kustomz as
well as a Covington Customs
bike we had on December 2013
cover! Bam there they all were in
one show and they were looking
great amongst the best of the
best. I told all of them to keep
me posted so that if any of them
won, we could do a cool shoot
up in Sturgis by Bear Butte and
Bear Butte Lake. While Thunder
Customs won their class of
1000 cc and over, the No Coast
Kustomz owners, Shane and
Kristi Whittenberg were able to
take me up on a shoot after they
picked up the first place trophy
for Best Dresser and Touring
