Motolady, who is an awesome and inspiring biker
babe that many know from social media. What an
honor it was to be surrounded by these strong
women who are working to help women feel
welcomed in the motorcycle community.
Sunday morning arrived sooner than anyone
wanted. People began to break down their tents,
revealing the dessert beneath that we had just
called home. I felt a mix of sadness that it was
over and appreciation that it happened. These are
the times that create life long bonds and stories
that are told for years to come. With this years
event such a success, all of us babes can’t wait to
see what next year brings!

Smoky moonshine. Food tickets we had received
the night before were exchanged for delicious
tacos or pizza. The area surrounding the stage
began to fill up in anticipation of the raffle and
the awards that were scheduled for 7:30. Soon
beautiful items like custom tanks, hand painted
helmets, and jackets would find a new home with
a few lucky babes. When it was time to select the
recipient of the Iron Butt Award, any babe who
rode over 2000 miles to get there was asked to
step forward. I was delightfully shocked to be
waved on stage next to Anya and Ashmore along
with Angela, my fellow Hail Bomb who rode from
Florida as well. We were presented the award by
