We all have that moment where the down feeling possesses us. Right!

Usually what I do is to start thinking the opposite way. I command my mind to think positive. And when i do after a certain time, my body feels better. I feel less sick.

It's a bit like when someone comes with a good news and cheer you up while you where stressing for a certain thing. The words appease your spirit and even if you had a fever, you automatically feel good.

I may take the same example when you are down and you enter in contact with something or someone that makes you laugh. The atmosphere in which you were, will automatically change to better.

However, if you don't have that,I encourage

you to praise.

I usually stand up and put some good music (gospel for my case) and dance like crazy.

Doing that, will go against the law of gravity. Commanding your body to do the opposite of what you were supposed to do (stay in a pajama, feeling sorry for yourself).

It really does change the atmosphere. Remember that your extreme worry won't change anything, you will probably just get sicker.

Thus, STAND AND PRAISE The Lord (for my case) for the thing He will do and probably has already done.

"May all that breatheth praise the Lord"
