From Saco to the White House:
Kathy McInnis Misenor ’77 Advocates For Change
This summer Kathy McInnis Misenor ’77 listened
to President Barack Obama speak at a White House
event marking the 25th anniversary of the passage of
the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). Kathy,
who has juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and uses a
wheelchair, earned her invitation
by helping author this legislation.
