| recipes | Christmas Cranberry Salad 1 large box cherry Jello 1 can pineapple, drained 1 can cranberry sauce, jellied or whole 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, undrained 1 c. boiling water Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add other ingredients and chill until firm. Un-mold jello salad and serve. For optional garnish, 1/2 cup mini marshmallows whipped topping. Aunt Mary’s Potatoes 10 medium potatoes, boiled and peeled 1/2 c. butter 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 c. scalded milk 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature) Mash potatoes with all ingredients.
