| Allen, Mooney and Barnes | A Christmas tradition Allen, Mooney and Barnes’ tree is gift to community words and photography by Tammi Mott W hat started as his love of Christ- mas and beauti- fully decorated Christmas trees has grown into a tradition and a gift for the entire community. “I absolutely love Christmas,” said Allen, Mooney and Barnes In- vestment Advisors, LLC Chairman M.H. Allen. “This is our firm’s chance to offer this wonderful Christmas tradition to the commu- nity.” The 11-foot Frasier fir tree extends from floor to ceiling in the lobby of the investment firm. Its turned slightly upward branches are a beautiful dark blue-green color. The pleasant fragrance to one’s olfactory senses brings an overload of wonderful long ago Christmas memories rushing back. “I have been a part of AMB for just over five years and still remember my first year walking down the stairs to see this enor- mous ‘live’ tree in the lobby, all decorated so exquisitely.
