Despite the much maligned up-tilt in prices for a replica shirt in this modern era, people still flock in their numbers to don their teams latest kit. As of April 2016 , Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal had sold just over eight million shirts worldwide. Recent kit reveal trends have taken the concept to a whole new level, with live events streamed across Facebook, YouTube and Twitter now a familiar sight. There's something odd and slightly awkward surrounding the fact that players walk out onto a stage and stand uncomfortably, whilst an audience, who are presumably kit connoisseurs, applaud them for their efforts. Putting that aside, seeing what the manufacturers and club's have come up with is undoubately an exciting moment. It's time to roll out the red carpet as the best and worst kits for the 2016 17 / are revealed.
