ASROCK A SRock, like the other board vendors was showing off its X299 boards in the form of the TaiChi and of course the Thread Ripper boards as well. The TaiChi is of some the most interest of course second to the OC-Formula, giving users perhaps the right balance between all out-performance tuning and gaming options without breaking the bank. If any of the Tai chi boards are anything to go by, this should be yet another stellar offering from ASRock. For the ones that are looking at exclusively Gaming on their PCs, it looks as if the Gaming i9 is going to be the ultimate board for this so don’t expect it to be cheap. If it is anything like the OC-Formula we saw at the G.SKILL booth when it comes to memory overclocking (4,800MHz 24/7) , one suspects this is going to be a popular board for performance enthusiasts and of course those who dabble in a little bit of overclocking. There wasn’t much time to check out everything ASROCK had on offer, but hopefully we can bring you an in- depth comparison and review on the various boards in the near future.
