“No! Not the chicken! Not again!” she screamed.

“This has gone too far now! I have no choice but to burn this piece of poultry to ashes!” he yelled back, dangling the last chicken wing over the flamethrower.

“You don’t have to do this! Please, this is between us. Leave the chicken out of this,” she begged.

“You love this chicken more than you love me, don’t you? Well, now I’m going to destroy all my competition,” he said, turning on the flamethrower.

“Please, that’s not true. Put the chicken down, and we can talk about this.”

“Oh, yeah? Just like we ‘talked’ about the chocolate milk, and that last slice of pizza. Not to mention the beer, the fries, the alfredo, the marshmallow, that red velvet cake, and the Coke. Seriously though, the Coke? I mean, Pepsi, I understand, but Coke? That too diet Coke? You’ve always loved food over me! I’ve tolerated you for long enough. I’m done with you now! Leave me!” he yelled.

“Please, don’t kick me out! I love you! I’ve always loved you! I’ve loved you more than I’ve loved my food! Please, you have to believe me.”

“Stop lying to me! I’ve always tried so hard to earn your love. I’ve done everything out of the love for you. I loved you more than I loved myself and life itself. Ever since I met you, I instantly fell in love. I’ve done everything in my power to get you to love me. But now I have realized that I can’t. Someone up there doesn’t want us to be together. I guess it’s just not meant to be. We’re not meant to be,” he sighed after fully unleashing his rage.

“Please! I love you! Don’t make me leave you! I can’t live without you! Who else will buy me food everyday? I won’t be able to survive without you! Don’t kick me out, please,” she said, sobbing in between words.

“Huh, you need me just for food. Isn’t that right? I’m only here to feed you. If our relationship has no value to you, and you proved that it doesn’t, then I don’t know why I still bother to stay with you and try to win your love. Leave me now, for good this time.”
