2015 David Lukins Memorial Regatta

The David Lukins regatta was run over the weekend of the 31st of January and the
1st of February 2015. This was the sixth running of the event since its inception in
2009 to commemorate the memory of David Lukins, a much valued member and
winner of the Club’s prestigious Volunteer of the Year award for 1998-1999.
This year marked the first time the event has been run in the Club’s new fleet of 8
Elliott 7 keelboats. The other 5 editions were run using the force 24s.
Ted Andersen assembled his trusty Race Management Team, and actually had the
luxury of having too many volunteers throwing themselves at the event!
