Alila Hotels & Resorts will be opening Alila
Koggala in July 2018, an ecological escape
located in southern Sri Lanka, on Koggala Lake. Just five minutes from the famed
Ahangama Beach and a 20- minute drive along
the coast from the city of Galle and its World
Heritage-listed Galle fort, this is an ideal base
to explore and experience Sri Lanka’s local life
and culture. The hotel will boast 36 suites and villas including three Lake Suites with a private
pool. The hotel will also encompass two
restaurants, Spa Alila, a beachfront swimming
pool, gym, a yoga garden, kids club and library.
