eggs of the day and freshly grown watermelon and

pasteli (honey/nut bars), mantolato (soft nougat) and

ingredients from the Greenhouse, as well as local
produce. The menu includes favourites such as
handmake tzatziki, traditional greek salad, lamb with
potatoes as well as the famous Zagori pie. Once all
dishes have been perfected, guests can then enjoy their
creations on the patio of the Greenhouse, al fresco
