AA Rosette
The Orangery Restaurant at Mercure Newbury, Elcot
Park Hotel has been awarded its first AA Rosette for
culinary excellence.
Head Chef, Etienne Forget, and his highly skilled team
have been working hard to achieve this prestigious
accolade. Speaking about the award, Etienne
comments: “We are a team always striving to deliver
culinary excellence in each dish we create, so we’re
extremely honoured to see this has been recognised
nationwide. We’ve always been very proud of the food
offering at Elcot Park and this award confirms our
position as a leading hotel and restaurant.”
So what would the Head Chef recommend?
“The Goats’ cheese bon bons have to be one of my
favourite starters and our Seared sea bream fillet is just
delicious and hugely popular”.

using fresh ingredients and locally sourced produce.
