2014.04.13. in Me, and some among them went and told the Pharisees, and they got together after that and held counsel against Me, for they were afraid that they all might believe in Me; moreover, Caiaphas said on that day that it was better that I die, and he asked that if someone of them knew where I was to let him know, to catch Me and to bring Me to them. Oh, how great these memories are; how holy, how worthy to be lived, as six days before Passover, I came to Bethany and those whom I had loved made a feast for Me, and Lazarus sat at the table with Me, and Mary had anointed My feet with ointment of pure nard and wiped them with her hair and everything was filled in that room with the fragrance of the anointment; however, Judas got upset because of that waste, because he was a thief and used to take from the churchly purse; he took for himself out of the purse for the poor; however, then I said: «Mary kept the costly anointment for the day of My burial, not for the poor». (See Mark: 14/6-8; Matt: 26/10-12) Oh, there were many crowds gathered there to see Me and to see the resurrected Lazarus, and on the second day the crowds gathered at the feast, hearing the news that I was in Jerusalem and that I resurrected Lazarus, they came to welcome Me with palm branches and kept shouting: «Hosanna! Blessed is He Who comes in the name of the Lord, the King of Israel!» (See John: 12/13) However, I was brought a colt of a donkey, and I sat on it and I came at the feast in Jerusalem and the Lord was glorified on that day, and the disciples understood what they did not understand that what I had told them at the beginning, but they saw My greatness after Lazarus’ sickness, his death and then his resurrection, who suffered all these for My glorification, and many, many crowds glorified Me, who heard of the miracle of Lazarus’ resurrection. After that, My Golgotha came, My death, as Caiaphas said, and then My resurrection. Oh, on that day of the Palm Sunday I said: «If anyone serves Me, let him follow Me. Where I am there will My servant also be. If anyone serves Me, the Father will honor him. “Now My soul is troubled, What shall I say? ‘Father save Me from this time?’ But for this cause I came to this time. Father glorify Your name!” Then there came a voice out of the sky, saying: “I have both glorified it, and will glorify it again». And the multitude therefore, who stood by and heard it, said that it had thundered. Others said, «An angel has spoken to Him». And I answered everyone, «This voice hasn’t come for My sake, but for your sakes. Now is the judgment of this world. Now the prince of this world will be cast out. And if I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to Myself». (See John: 12/26-32) Oh, with joy and pain I have been speaking on this Sunday about those that happened two thousand years ago, when the people were gathered at the feast in Jerusalem, and who heard of the miracle of Lazarus’ resurrection; they took palm branches in their hands and praised Me saying: «Hosanna! Blessed is He Who comes in the name of the Lord, the King of Israel!» (John: 12/13) Oh, on that day the crowds were praising Me, but I was sad, and I spoke with My Father about My sadness, and the Father answered Me from the cloud about My death and resurrection, saying: «I have both glorified it, and will glorify it again» (John: 12/28), and My soul was sad. I remember that I was said, on the time when many crowds were praising Me, singing Hosanna to Me. I remember everything; I remember everything together with My faith- ful ones, with My righteous ones, who were as righteous as My three dear friends in Bethany, who often used to set My table whenever I stopped by them, and there were also many Jews, who were gathering there to see Me, to hear Me and to understand all those about Me, and for which I came from the Father on the earth into the midst of Israel. 2
