2002.02.15 something else. I gave him grace. And how did I give him grace? I made him know Me sufficiently and that he might never forget Me then and this means grace upon man. Amen. A great many of saints who loved Me with their soul and who could not bear the pain to leave Me or to forget Me, made themselves signs on them, rough skin, invisible chains and links, ascetic life and tears of humiliation, and in this way they stood in bondage with their mind and their hearts from Me, and they made signs for themselves so that they might not forgive Me. Moses had a sign in his way with Israel through the wilderness: the pillar of fire, the cloud and the manna. Oh, and with all these Israel forgot Me! He forgot Me for his sins and for his occupations. I put Moses as a sign before him and then the pillar of fire, the cloud and the manna, and however, that people still gave Me away from him. The man is too much accustomed to forgetting God. The man is too learned to forgive Me. That is why the saints were helping each other with what they could so that they might not forgive Me, for the man’s thought is conforming to those that are seen, to those that serve the man, to those that the man serve for him. Oh, My people, which is the sign that I have put before you, so that you may not forgive Me? This word is the sign. I put this sign again and again before you and I ask you to do what I do. If I embrace you with My word, you should do the same to Me, so that we may be right to each other, so that it may be seen that we look at each other and so that it may be seen that we want each other, My people. You know it well that the man built by My hand did not want Me and then he forgot Me and he remained only within himself, and I have been hurt by him since then and until today. I made him with longing when I created him, to be comforted with him, I and with My Father and all the angels.
