As president of the Sibley Foundation, a supporting foundation for Sibley Memorial Hospital, a member of Johns Hopkins Medicine, she was responsible for strategic leadership and executive management and raised over $39 million in her four-year tenure, more than doubling the historic annual income prior to her leadership. Among her many other accomplishments were developing the infrastructure that supported a focus on major gift fundraising; closing a $10 million gift, the largest gift in Sibley history, and closing 11 other gifts of $1 million or more; and increasing the annual revenue from $4.2 million in 2010 to over $17 million in 2015. She also planned and executed a $100 million capital campaign which is on target to achieve its goal. Earlier, she was senior vice president and chief development officer at MedStar, Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C., where she oversaw and managed the center’s philanthropy program to the community by providing leadership and management of operations for Washington Hospital Center Foundation, the fundraising arm of Washington Hospital Center.
