“We knew so well what we wanted that during the planning, we mostly
managed it ourselves. We enlisted some support along the way to source
vendors or to bounce ideas off. On the day, we had a role for almost
everyone. My best friends and niece were bridesmaids and flower girl,
Patrick's brothers were groomsmen, our families contributed at the
ceremony and delivered speeches, and our friends were MC’s. For our bridal
dance, Patrick's cousin Lauren arranged for piano and sang Jason Mraz's,
‘The World As I See It’. It was amazing!”
