Coastal-Burwood Community Board – Public Forums
The Community Board has introduced Public Forums at their first meeting of every month.
Commencing at 5.30pm, this is an opportunity for any member of the public to speak to the Board for up to five
minutes on ideas or issues. Those interested can either book in advance or turn up on the day at 5.30pm sharp. A
maximum of 30 minutes will be available.
Individuals and groups can still make a 10 minute Deputation to the Board, but the topic must relate to an item
on that meeting’s agenda

The Deputations will be close to the start of the meeting at 4.30pm. Public Forums an hour after that.
