6 Make Website Updates: This is a new year coming! Give yourself time to make new changes to your website during the holidays. Add new products/services for 2017, update with content that you didn't get time to post for 2016. Do a Year-in-Review for your clients and potential leads to help encourage activity to your site.

7. Check Your Certifications: Depending on your state, you may have to send state reports to keep your business model status active. Make sure you perform the necessary actions in maintaining your active business status, and renew your business certifications.

8. Review Your Marketing Strategies: Take a look at what marketing strategies need to be tweaked, and where you need to provide more focus. Some social media platforms need more attention, depending on your target market or avatar. Create or update your strategies to reflect the changes you have made or encountered throughout the year in your business.

9. Schedule Your First Quarter: Why wait until January? Start now in planning what you'regoing to do for the first quarter of 2017. Working on e-books? workbooks? templates? webinars? e-courses? trainings? motivational videos? This is the perfect opportunity to make plans to prevent from being overwhelmed when January gets here. Don't place undo stress on yourself. You want to walk into the new year ready to focus on your clients and their needs, and not your own back office plans.
