It’s a new day! A fresh start with a clean slate! What? Not feeling so happy? Well, that’s not uncommon. Have you felt hopeless, doubtful, discouraged, or restless? Perhaps you’re not enthusiastic about the things of God, or maybe you feel just plain “burnt out.” If that’s you – and believe me I’ve been there too – you probably need a spiritual re-boot. It’s a brand new year, and many of us are taking time to reflect on the highs and the lows of the previous one – the things that caused your spirit to soar, and the things that made you question your very place in this world. Well, out with the old and in with the new! God is doing a new thing. How do I know it? Well, He’s done it with me. The journey to personal spiritual renewal (the process of making new again; to re-establish; fresh supply; new vitality; regenerate; rebirth), will yield divine restoration and peace if you are willing and obedient. It is my personal prayer that you understand and embrace the process -- and it is a process -- that will breathe new life into your new year. Happy New Year!
