The Charbonneau Villager October 2013 Page 15 SpringRidge Hosted Several Fun Events for Community in September SpringRidge celebrated its 23rd anniversary with the theme “Once Upon a Time”: Horse drawn carriage rides (photo above), cocktails, a band, a fabulous dinner menu and dancing to Portland Jazz Connection all contributed to a wonderful celebration for residents. Charbonneau Arts Presents WHS With More Funds Charbonneau Arts Association recently presented Christopher Shotola-Hardt, Wilsonville High School art teacher, with an additional donation from last year's October Festival. In all $2,450 was donated to Canby and Wilsonville High School art departments, from the 2012 Festival. There will be no Arts Festival this year after 30 years of success and growth. Your Charbonneau Arts Association is taking this year off to rethink, redesign and reshape the show. If you want to get involved, this is the perfect time. Call Leslie Leeper with your ideas and questions. Look for the new and exciting Festival in October 2014.
