CCC Rummage Sale
Just after the New Year, the
Clubhouse will be clearing out
obsolete furniture, paintings,
lamps and miscellaneous items
from the basement. To help accomplish this, a CCC rummage
sale has been planned. Charbonneau residents are invited to come
to the Clubhouse Fireplace Room
on Friday, January 3, from noon
to 3 pm, to peruse the items for
sale and purchase your treasures.

Please keep in mind, there will
be no activities held at the Clubhouse from January 14 through
February 28, 2014. Board Director Kathy Fuller has scheduled
some Clubhouse renovations new carpeting and new draperies
