Avid golfers, Laura and Glen
Noffke, took up residence in
Charbonneau in 1998, both retiring from busy professional lives.
Laura has been involved in all
the women's clubs here, chairing
many committees and is a past
president of Boys & Girls Aid
Cypress Auxiliary and CWGA.
She was appointed to the CGC
Board in 2008, now serving her
second elected term. She is secretary of the corporation. Laura
can think of no better place to live
and is very appreciative of the

Bill Johnson lived and
worked in Portland for 43 years
before moving to Charbonneau in
2011. Prior to retirement, he was
engaged in information technology businesses and information
technology consulting. He enjoys golfing at Charbonneau and
participating in the Charbonneau
Mens Golf Club (CMGC), Sweet
16 and a Thursday night couples
group. He has been on the CGC
Board since July 2012 and is currently its treasurer.
Sherry Wadley
Denny Atkin
two golf carts! Before joining
the CGC Board, Denny served as
president of the CMGC. Denny
retired from The Oregonian after
a 40-year newspaper career.
Sherry Wadley and her husband, Bill, moved to Charbonneau on October 13, 1989. It was
Friday the 13th!! She joined the
Niners golf club two years later.
Sherry was active in the Niners
before playing with CWGA. She
served on both boards. She plays
bridge with several groups. In

Ken Waldron and his wife,
Jodee, have lived in Charbonneau for 12 years, since moving
from across the river in Wilsonville. Ken retired from Columbia Helicopters two years ago
- after a 36-year career there.
He worked in several positions,
including marketing. He enjoys
playing golf at Charbonneau and
meeting new friends.
Dale Owen retired after 40plus years managing an agricultural and turf equipment business
here in the Pacific Northwest. He
is an avid golfer and fly fisherman and enjoys spending time
with his three daughters, sons-inlaw and seven grandchildren.

Bob Wiese and his wife, Maryanna, have lived in Charbonneau
for 10 years. His business career
includes 40 years in the financial
service industry, primarily in retail and mortgage banking. Bob
joined the CGC Board two years
ago and, prior to moving to Charbonneau, was a board member
and president of his neighborhood
HOA.
