T
he 5th graders at DES recently
had a great #ACSAlumni visit
from Sam Horne (C/O 2016)!
Sam is a student at the UofM's Herff
College of Engineering and worked
as an Engineering Professional Intern
at Disney World. He talked to the DES
STEM kids about his experience work-
ing with Disney roller coasters and then
led them through a safety mat course
that he wrote and coded. What a great
inspiration for our students! Congrats
to Sam for all of his successes so far!
