MFC: Do you prefer to do your Christmas shopping online or in
an actual brick-and-mortar store?
Now that we have Joey, I am more interested in supporting local busi-
nesses than shopping online. There is a wonderful toy store, Cheeky
Monkey Toys, in downtown Menlo Park that I love to frequent with
our son. You cannot replace the experience of witnessing the spark of
curiosity in a toddler’s eyes with the convenience of shopping online.
It’s really a wonderful moment.
