This morning we are sad to report that a small village near Hope has been destroyed in a flood. There appears to be no survivors, but the rescue team is still searching. Almost all of the buildings have been destroyed and water levels are still high, so chances of survivors are low. So far, only 27 bodies have been found and identified.
Hope has also suffered major casualties, although most of the people were able to evacuate. Major funds will be needed to restore the city.
