Looking to travel to Puerto Rico, but have no idea what sites to visit? This guide has all of the information on tourist attractions and good food to eat while vacationing on this island paradise.

Puerto Rico, or "Rich Port," is an unincorporated territory of the United States. It has many attractions like El Yunqe rainforest, the small islands surrounding it, beautiful pink and black sand beaches, and the shops and restaurants of Old San Juan. Even though it has many attractions, it is very small, with only 3,515 square miles of land. Although one of its main spoken languages is Spanish, do not worry because most of the people also speak English.

If you are looking to experience the more historical parts of Puerto Rico, then you should visit the San Felipe del Morro fortress, and the Castillo San Cristobal. The San Felipe del Morro and Castillo San Cristobal are two forts built around 400 years ago by the Spanish. Take a stroll through the museum or venture along the walls of the forts, and capture amazing views of Old San Juan and the ocean.
